- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tune-Ups are a one time charge of $175. All other services are $50 per hour + any hardware or software costs (if applicable). $10 fee may apply for travel over 20 miles. $10 per hour fee may apply for Nights (after 7pm), weekends, and Holidays. Cash, personal checks, debit, and credit accepted. (visa, mastercard, american express, and discover)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always surrounding myself with the latest literature and newest technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with computers when I was 7 years old, back with the old Tandy from RadioShack. I became very good with DOS based platforms, and stepped up to Windows 3.1 then to 95 when I was a teenager. Since then, I've volunteered at Sarasota County Technical Institute working on servers, and started my own business.
