Jim was amazing. I'm a property manager for short-term rentals and needed a door fixed immediately. He responded right away with his pricing and time he could arrive. He arrived exactly when promised and just a few hours after my initial contact. He reassured me he had experience with this kind of door repair and did exactly what I needed done. Jim did such a fantastic job of installing a heavy but fragile shell mirror for me, as well as replacing some door hardware. This wasn’t an easy installation as he had to replace the original french cleat hanger, and because of the shape/frame content, it’s bulky to lift. Not only is Jim very conscientious and hardworking, he’s also very personable. I highly recommend Jim and will definitely be calling him should I need future repairs or installations.
