For thirty years, we've grown and sold native and hardy Florida-friendly plants to Florida residents. We stock hundreds of species of trees, shrubs, vines, grasses, groundcovers, wildflowers, and pond plants to meet your needs. We now have edibles and herbs, too!

We are a state-registered, fully-licensed, and insured nursery, offering landscape consultation, design, installation, and maintenance. Our staff helps individuals and organizations plan naturalistic gardens and landscapes.

We service the Southwest Florida area.

A. Florida Native Plant Nursery’s knowledgeable staff knows native plants and how to maintain them over time. Our goal is to help you establish a sustainable landscape with minimal work on your part. Let Mother Nature do the job. Plant properly, help get it established and then leave it alone. We believe in minimizing care.

Let us help you make a plan and choose those plants that will thrive with minimal care and add life to your landscape. You will have the joy of creating an aesthetically pleasing, life affirming, environmentally sensitive place to live.

What are your guarantees?

We base our guarantees on your needs. Our contractual agreements are between the Florida Native Plants Nursery and the homeowner, homeowner's association, local or state government entity, church, school, or commercial development. They are tailored to each project and include but are not limited to the following:

We guarantee that the plants we install will be healthy and appropriate for your site.
We guarantee that plants will be planted and watered in properly on the day of installation. We will give you a guide on how to establish and maintain your plants after installation. In addition, please see our Plant Care section of this website for more information on how to do this yourself. If you want us to establish and maintain your plants, we can do this for a fee. See Maintenance.
We guarantee the survival of the plants that we install, water and maintain for an agreed upon period of time, if establishment and maintenance are part of our client agreement.
