The thing I love about Blue Lotus is that I have someone to talk to and he knows what he is talking about. With almost every diet comes times where you plateau and it is great to have someone talk you through it. Also encouragement is big for me. I like having someone to set goals with and who checks on me to make sure I stay on track. It's easy to veer off the path when you read a book or sign up with a big expensive institution that is only trying to sell you gross ready made food. Having a person like Shaz who I talk to at least once a week and requires photos to check my progress helps me stay motivated. Also, the diet is custom made for me and my life style. One size doesn't fit all. I love that. I've already lost 12 lbs in the last month. My goal is to lose another 10. It's pretty exciting. Blue Lotus Fitness is amazing!

It's always fun & inspiring to work with Shaz. He provides a comfortable environment where I can focus & really strive to improve! Never a dull moment in his training, he is developing new, fun routines each time I see him, which really encourages me to work hard! Creative & positive he has a very well rounded approach to training, an absolute pleasure to work with!

Shaz, is an amazing trainer. He has a unique style of training , that is fun and always changing. I look forward to my training sessions with him. Im amazed how much stronger I feel.. It's one of the best decisions that I have made. Shaz is teaching me how to be more balanced with my customized diet plan and strength training.. He's the best !!!!
