Introduction: There is no one size fits all client. We believe in progression and track it each step of the way. I hold myself to a very high standard. I am a former strength and conditioning coach, a former competitive olympic weight lifter, USA weight lifting certified, CrossFit Level 1 Certified, and Certified Functional Movement Specialist. I have years of experience and have been training many clients 5+ years. I am dedicated and results driven. I am very goal oriented and I love to see people reach their goals! Whether your goal be to lose 10 pounds, lift 135 pounds in the bench press, do a pull-up...whatever your goal, the most rewarding part about this job is seeing you accomplish that goal!

L-Fit is a gym like no other - and I have been to plenty! Lauren and her team are passionate and dedicated to their clients. They create personalized training programs as well as eating plans to fit each individual and their life styles. L-Fit enabled me to reach my goal and loose 50 lbs, something I had tried to do for years. It was a difficult decision to financially invest in personal training but, with the various options offered, I got a lot more than I paid for! Although the work was mine, through their encouragement, knowledge and kindness, I was able to recover my self esteem. Lauren and her team go beyond the client-trainer, in-gym relationship; their dedication is commendable. I am forever grateful to them.

Lauren is as talented as a coach, as she is as an athlete. That is impressive and something to look for in a fitness coach. She has the ability to demonstrate anything she asks you to do and finds a way to get you to achieve more. That says a lot in her profession. Lauren has such a passion for fitness and she has backed it up with certifications and education. This allows her to modify any element that meets the clients capabilities and fitness level. Working with Lauren has taken my fitness to the next level in less than 6 months. Some of my results have been reducing fat, adding muscle which has allowed me to drop 2 pants sizes and still maintain high energy. I am looking forward to what I will accomplish after my first year with her. Thanks Lauren.

I highly recommend L-Fit Personal Training. I have trained with several different trainers and groups. L-Fit has been the most informative, helpful and fun place to train. I hold such a high respect and confidence in the knowledge and experience in the trainers that I even encouraged my daughter to train there, which she is currently doing and loves it, which says a lot coming from her.
