Matt is skilled in many aspects of the computer world, but equally important to us, as members of the computer illiterate generation, he is able to explain the causes and solutions to our problems in language that we can understand. Matt is very knowledgeable as regards communication technology. His professionalism and his ability to relate to consumers positively are both outstanding. I am extremely impressed with the way he conveys information to consumers who know little about new devices they plan to use. His patience and thoroughness in explaining complex concepts are most beneficial to those with whom he is working. I was totally unfamiar with (and intimidated by) an Iphone I had been advised to explore. With a couple of Matt's tutoring sessions, I was up and running and had little fear of taking on the smart phone and separating myself from my land phone.
