A. Small businesses with 5 or less employees who ned to grow and grow NOW.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. All small business owners need acess to a personal attorney for legal issues and protection and access to business consultants to help them grow their business at.Unfortunately this can be expensive, until now. My solutions are bundled where the small business owner can afford them.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I have owned 4 small businesses. The 1st was mowing grass for $10 and ownership has been in my blood ever since. Mowing grass was a simple fun and satisfying business. No compliance issues, no wondering should it be Sole Proprietor, Inc., LLC etc. My other businesses were much more complicated and became no fun. My business today is dedicated to the employer of 5 employees or less who is the best at his “trade” but does not have the time or expertise for all the challenges that face a small business today. I help the business owner with simple solutions that allow him/her to focus on what they do best.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. All I really need to help the small business owner is the name of the business and I will do the research to make certain we are good fit. Ther are certain businesses that I am it not able to help.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Unlimited leagl consutation and contract review. I failed to have a contract reviewed by my attorney. The contract ended up in arbitration which cost me thousands of dollars to "get out off" the contract. It was very stupid of me and will not happen again!

A. The small or home based business owners (like myself) are the best at what they do but there is so much more to running a business in this economy and complicated environment for any owner to know it all. Small Business certification; I am certified and have to maintain continuing education to keep my certification active.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Helping the small businesses of America is a hot topic even on Capitol Hill. But let’s face it Washington is not a small business and it is difficult for them to imagine the challenges small businesses face. My company through relationships with several successful business owners, attorneys and consultants boil it down to offer simple solutions, many are automated and all are affordable. We study the market place, stay on top of the latest form Washington to be certain we are on target to be of the most help possible..
