FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Laser hair removal prices I offer are great prices but to truly nail down the price I need to see exactly what is needed to be done. A example would be a six foot 8 inch man wanting his back lasered will be more costly that a 5 foot 4 inch man. The laser has comsumables like cooling spray to protect the skin surface and comfort for the client is one example. Another is disposible lens which cost alot when you use the quality ones. One a back it is easy to use three or four of them. The hairs poping out of the skin pit the lens and hae to be replaced and watched closely when lasering. Plus, we are touching on the cost of the laser which are around $85,000 up new. By law they are required to be inspected every six month for $1.200. per laser. These are fixed costs which a good laser business follows. It is not the same for pulse light and some other types of macines. But, at lease you have a idea of the cos of operation. You can see cheap laser prices but, buyer beware when the price is real cheap.........the first time the laser breaks down which can costs thousands they just close up shop. You have to a lot for all costs to stay in operaiton I advise read reviews and go to a business that has been in business a long time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction first and then ask questions of what the client is looking for in detail. Then inform the client all the information I can provide about whatever it is she is asking for. Another very important thing is be honest in every area of doing business in order not to ever disappoint.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always doing continuing education in every area of business I offer. I travel, video, sit-in classroom, on computer and everything you can image. I have laser companies come and demo everything as well.
