I believe in the idea of "purpose vs outcome". In other words, if I come into your home just on "outcome", i.e. to get a check from you, then I came in for the wrong reason. I will come into your home on "purpose", which means that I will come to do my very best to please you and to meet YOUR needs. If I do that, then the "outcome" will take care of itself. Being able to come into someone's home and solve a problem for that homeowner. I would not be in your home if you did not have a problem that needed to be solved. Whether it is dirty carpet, tile flooring, upholstery, etc. You called me to solve YOUR problem.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing system IS NOT complicated. I have tried to make it very simple. I charge by the room so when you call, I can tell you exactly what it will cost you based on the number of rooms you have. I do, like most service companies, have a minimum charge. Additional services are available and can be discussed on an individual need.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I spend just about all my free time working on and learning about my industry and about people. I am constantly learning how to be a better person, a better man, a better leader, a better businessman, etc. I am always looking to improve myself.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Our profession is very misunderstood. People sometimes look at us as the old used-car salespeople. Fast talking, bait and switch type of people. And, those people DO exist, even today. Bottom line is that if the price sounds TOO GOOD to be true, it is!! A low-price floor cleaner is never up to any good.
