We professionally clean all types of carpet, ceramic tile and grout. We also can clean most types of upholstery. We also can clean and sanitize mattresses.
We believe that "service is in the details". In other words, anyone can clean flooring. We constantly find new ways to wow our clients with services that most companies would not consider.
First of all, we arrive at your front door with freshly baked brownies, that my wife bakes fresh the night before. We use corner protectors to protect your walls from our hoses. We take care of your home to insure that we do not damage any furnishings, etc. We do all that we can, to make sure that your carpets are as dry as possible before we leave your home.
Then, when we do leave, we will call you back within 24 hours to make sure that you were 100% satisfied with our work and our service. If you are not, then we will arrange a time to come back out and re-do our work.
We also offer a 30-day spot and stain removal guarantee. In other words, if a spot comes back within 30 days, we will come back out and remove it, at no charge. Or, if you, the homeowner, causes a new spill on your carpet, then just call us, and we will come out and remove it for you, at no charge.
If you choose to have your carpets protected with Scotchgard, then we will extend that 30 days to one year! We could go on and on, but there is no sense in showing you the whole movie, when you just want the preview.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There are a lot of "bait and switch" companies out there. Be very wary of companies that offer their services too low. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Anyone can offer a lower price on the phone and then get in your home and raise the price.
Some companies use very harsh chemicals in your carpets to clean them. They are cheap and they make more money. These products can cause allergic reactions to people. They can be harmful to your kids and/or your pets. Ask what products they use. A great cleaner will also be happy to show you what they use, when they are at your home. Sometimes, when a cleaner says they are applying scotchguard to your carpets, they are only applying WATER, They are, however, charging you premium price for that water. Ask them to show you the scotchguard that they will be applying. It is also a good idea to actually watch them apply the product. Sometimes they say they applied it and they didnt.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are you insured? What are your qualifications? How long have you been in business? Could you, if asked, give me referrals from some of your past customers? Do you guarantee your work? What if we are not happy?
