- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking at door to door distribution of your ads there are a few things you want to make sure to watch for: 1. What does the price include? Our pricing includes everything. Printing, distribution, perforation of ads, graphic assistance, set up, everything starting at under 3 cents a door. Many in our industry will ofer 4-8 cents per delivery but do not include the cost of printing and charge an additional 3-7 cents per door for printing, single sided. 2. What is the method and tracking of distribution? Make sure you know if they are just sending people out, tracking with GPS only, or if they actually track with management. Don't be afraid to call and verify delivery yourself! We acutally utilize all methods. We use GPS for us to easily know where our people went so that management can go back in EVERY day to verify that we are seeing hangers through the whole route. 3. How is distribution determined? We make sure we deliver to 10,000 concecutive househoulds. We don't jump around, and don't skip houses. This enables us to increase the laws of averages for all clients. 4. How do you know your ad is included? Many staple, bundle, stuff envelopes or bags in this industry. We don't do any of these. We actually print our hangers for each zone at the begining of the month, every month. Once you approve your ad, there is no way you can be skipped. Everyone is printed at the same time, you are provided a sample of each hanger your company is on, and until we go to print there is nothing to deliver.
