RJ was timely and very efficient. I had 3 other plumbers come out that couldn’t fix my sinks and he was able to in less than 20 minutes. He’s definitely a pro and I’ll be using him again for all my future plumbing needs

RJ is the real deal. He takes pride in his work and gave me a very fair deal and honest assessments. He went above and beyond to get the job done even when the scope unexpectedly increased requiring additional tools and labor. The original job did not account for the need to remove an electric fireplace or break through a bunch of concrete but he handled it like Superman. He has a great attitude and demeanor and is very professional and friendly which is great when you have a plumbing issue stressing you out. I will be calling him first to offer any other work on my home and referring him because I’m so happy with the experience.

I am very happy with RJ's Plumbing. He was very responsive after my initial contact, came when he said he would, was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He had my toilet up and running again in about 20 minutes. I know this one was a simple fix but I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing problems you may have and I know I will be calling him whenever I run into another one.

I am very confident and knowledgeable in what I do and my pricing reflects that but I am always willing to work with you and find a middle ground.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin each job by going to the customers home and speaking with them to really get an idea of what is needed of me. Once I know exactly what is expected, I create an estimate for your review. If you decide to accept, I will send you a contract to sign so we can get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the plumbing field for over 8 years and I went to Orange Technical College for four years and completed the PIPE (Plumbing Industry Professional Education) Program and received my certificate in May of 2022.
