With over 15 years of experience in administrative, half of which I spent specifically working in the legal arena and specifically, workers compensation defense, a very medically-oriented legal field, I have sufficient knowledge in both legal and medical terminology, as well as excellent proofreading, grammar, and spelling skills.
I type over 90 wpm with 99% accuracy and have expert knowledge in the Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I currently use Windows 7 operating system and have a high-speed Internet connection, as well as an FTP site for up/downloading digital dictation files.

My services are ideal for small or large businesses, busy entrepreneurs, or anyone that is always on the go.
No job is too big or small. I handle short-term or long-term projects. I assist you on an as-needed basis. This is ideal because you only pay for the work that is actually done. There are no additional expenses in terms of overhead, vacation/sick pay, medical/dental, or even taxes as I cover all those myself.
My work is my bond, and I guarantee satisfactory results. To that end, I will always do my best to research/look up any words, phrases, places, terms, etc. that are unfamiliar to me in order to provide you with the best quality transcript I can. Further, I do not rely explicitly on spell-check, but rather, I take additional time to re-listen to the audio and reread the transcript upon completion to make sure that I have not missed something, and that all grammar, spelling, and punctuation is appropriate.
Notary Public for State of Florida
Need a document notarized? No problem. I have successfully completed the notary training course, and am a certified notary public for the state of Florida. My commission expires 8/22/2014.
I do notary for all legal documents; I'm a signing agent for all real estate transactions.
In the Spring Hill area? Cost is only $5 per visit, cash only, and up to 10 documents to be notarized. Additional documents are $1 each.
Need me to come to you? Mobile notary services are available. I will be come to you at your location to notarize any documents you need notarized. Cost is $10 per visit, plus $0.10 per mile round trip for the convenience of having me come to you.
