Introduction: I care about all of my clients on a personal level. I literally put myself into their shoes and am with them every second of the journey, I have also been in their shoes so I can identify with them through every step of the program. I have contact with all of my clients daily through text, email, or phone. I am available to all of my clients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I get to help people feel better, look better, and get healthier every single day! I get texts with photos of my clients trying on smaller jeans or wearing a 2 piece bathing suit for the first time in years. I get to help my clients have more self esteem and more self confidence, everyday is an amazing day for me!!

Working with Keith has been life changing. Definitely the boost we needed to get our bodies back in shape. Not only does he work with you in the gym, but helps you with other lifestyles changes as well, especially eating habits. After 6 weeks we saw amazing improvements in our physique, especially our postures. He's pretty flexible with my constantly changing schedule and is always available to answer any questions I have, even about which coffee creamer to buy! I would definitely recommend Keith and KB2 Fitness for anybody who's looking to make a change in their bodies and lifestyle.

Very professional! I got an answer and initial offer very quick and the whole "kick-off" process went very smooth and in a timely matte. Keith and his team were super flexible about meeting and training place, etc. I felt that I was advised really well and honest( e.g. form of training, frequency, food, etc.) As far as the actual training, I have done many boot camps gyms, yoga and cycling classes but I can say this training is awesome, feels very effective, keeps me motivated and fun! I t’s been over a week and I already notice a difference! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape!

Working with Ryan has been a great experience! He knows how to motivate and push you without feeling like a drill sergeant. He modifies the workouts when necessary to fit my rare joint disorder ( he researched prior to our first session), and always makes sure there's a mix of safety yet still challenging me to push myself. I can honestly say that I was intimidated before I met Ryan, but quickly grew comfortable. I'd highly recommend KB2 Fitness and Ryan to someone at any fitness level. I am seeing results already, and truly motivated to make a change in my life and health.

One of the best decisions I ever made was getting a personal trainer through Keith Bishop at KB2 Fitness. I was in a deep slump (2 years of inactivity) with my fitness routine and couldn't seem to get out of my rut. Working with Keith did the trick! I met w/ Keith for an initial intake and he asked about my daily habits and goals as it regards health/nutrition and fitness and we agreed on a 3x per week workout routine. I have been working out regularly now with Keith for 5 months and met my weight loss goal a couple months into my routine. Now, I'm working on toning & shaping my muscles. I've never felt better in the last 15 years and I am in my mid 40's! Keith is a real professional and is extremely committed to his personal training business. He cares about how people feel about their weight/fitness goals and truly customizes a program to help you meet your objectives. He shows up on time and as committed to in the beginning. He cares about your personal success and achievement and is super supportive. I highly recommend Keith and KB2 Fitness and hope this helps anyone who may be in a fitness rut like I was! After many years of participating in all kinds of exercise, sports, and working out, I wanted some professional guidance to help “rejuvenate” my physical fitness routine and nutritional awareness. Since I am extremely busy professionally, I planned to set aside one or two hours for a consultation to learn how to best modify and improve my work outs. Two sessions working with Keith was all it took for me to decide to make it a priority to really challenge myself and to get into even better shape. Keith’s personalized program has allowed us to focus on specific areas and exercises important to me individually. An avid golfer and yoga student, I wanted to improve my core strength, balance, endurance and overall health. Keith’s approach is incredibly effective as he combines an insightful understanding of his clients and their needs with the ideal level of challenge and encouragement to really push the envelope. I get so much more out of my workouts since working with Keith and have noted significant changes in my strength, endurance, and muscle development/tone in just a few weeks time.
