We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner! From the food to the decor and even the cleanup was 5 star treatment. They made our night very pleasant and relaxing I couldn’t have asked for a better meal and night to celebrate our anniversary. They executed my vision for the meal and decor perfectly. Chef Manny, was amazing! I appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail. You brought my vision to fruition. My guests enjoyed all of the food!!! The Brie bites and pomegranate meatballs went like lightning! I wish I had more. The cheesecake was delicious everyone loved it. Thank you for being the perfect chef. This was the first time that my family had something other than Grandma and Grandpa’s cooking for Thanksgiving. They are a very picky bunch so I was worried about how this would go. They loved it! Chef Manny prepared an amazing Thanksgiving feast with everything from a Thanksgiving charcuterie board appetizer to a turkey with all the trimmings. Because I wanted to make sure everyone was happy, I had to contact Chef several times to make changes. He was super accommodating and patient. Everything turned out perfectly. Chef was punctual and professional and the food was delicious. My family is already putting in their order for Christmas. I would definitely use Chef Manny again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel Fees outside of a 10 mile radius. $50 fee applied. 35 miles maximum from Ruskin Florida.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customers allergies, wants, dislikes and menu collaboration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired Military culinary specialist of 8 years, and I am also serve safe certified. Having attended multiple advanced culinary courses over the last 5 years since retiring.
