Shorter Transoort never showed up at my home. I received a text an emergency happened and they could not make it at 11:00 am, but would come at 1:00 pm. I responded that's fine. Shorter Transport sent no other text, did not call, and was a no show. We were unable to take care of other personal business because we waited for ths company. A phone call or text from Shorter Transport would have been professional. Be considerate of people's time is a simple ask for any company. Life happens, but improve your thoughtfulness to others. We have emergencies as well. Hours later, still no show. No call.
