Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. We know there are a number of studios out there and that it can be hard to decide which one will provide you quality photography at a price you can afford. We offer quality photography, at a reasonable price, and....well, we're fun to work with too.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. When interviewing prospective photographers, remember to ask them what happens to your negatives. Most photographers make their money by charging you for prints afterwards. You may never get a copy of everything. With each of our packages, you get a copy of every digital negative and a copyright release that gives you the right to do anything you please with them. So, with us...you get everything, and can do anything...lol.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. If I were interviewing photographers, I'd clarify who will actually be photographing the wedding and exactly what I'll get with each package. Then I'd match that to what I'm looking for to see whether I'd get stuck with any additional costs later. I'd also find out just how much the photographer is willing to customize a deal for you. Not all packages will fit all brides and grooms!
