    Bill is most certainly the kinda guy you wanna hire.. He provided a wonderful services all round. His communication was impeccable he's approach personable honest and straight forward his quote was the most competitive by a long way and his work of the upmost quality.     Bill did a complete A/C replacement. He was on time he was professional and very courteous. I referred him to a neighbor and he is putting in her unit now. We are very pleased with his work.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We offer "FREE Diagnosis" with repair. You should get a QUOTE with all major and minor repairs. Always ask questions. All technicians should be willing to explain to you everything about your system and what and why things need to be done. Go with your gut feeling on first impressions with a company and the technician.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. ANY cooling problem can be prevented by properly maintaining your HVAC equipment. Many companies use the word "inspection" but that is not a complete system maintenance that is needed. If a company says you need a new system or a new compressor ALWAYS get another opinion. Alot of the time companies say that it is needed but that is so they can make the most money from you.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A few of the right questions to ask and know about the company you use; How much experience do you have? Do you guarantee your work? If so, how long? Do you have any references? Are your quotes free? Do you charge more for after hours and weekend repairs? Are you licensed and insured? What other services do you provide? Do you give discounts for Seniors, Moose Members, VFW Members?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I love what I do but I don't do it all for money. I care about my customers. It gives me satisfaction to know I helped someone who has been overcharged in the past or told the wrong repair was needed because it was more costly. I go above and beyond for every customer. I build relationships with our customers to earn their trust. Nearly all of our customers have been treated badly by other companies, I show them it is possible to have your home repaired without being overcharged or having to call numerous companies to get the repair done right. I guarantee all of my work, other companies can't do that. I am not 1 of many technicians working for a large company doing my daily list of repairs to make to get a paycheck. It's my business and my name and reputation on the line so I do everything necessary to make every customer 110% satisfied.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. One of the things I like most about my job is meeting all kinds of people and being able to help those people that are in need of repairs.I like when my customers are happy after I have finished the repair.
