- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL INSTANT BOOKINGS WILL BE CHARGED A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE. Please note that all pricing estimates provided via Thumbtack are labor cost only and subject to adjustments subsequent to a comprehensive assessment and precise measurements of the project. In the case of flooring installations, the pricing is contingent upon the square footage and the type of flooring chosen. Conversely, pricing for baseboards and crown molding installations is based on linear footage. For all other projects, pricing is customized to the specific requirements. Please be advised that travel fees will be applicable for any services. We take great pride in collaborating closely with our valued customers to guarantee affordability and satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure precise pricing information, we conduct a telephone consultation to evaluate the project at hand (if needed). During this consultation, we will coordinate a date and time for an on-site visit to assess the project site and take accurate measurements. Following completion of the assessment and measurements, we will deliver a quote within 24-48 hours via DocuSign affording you the options to approve, deny, or request adjustments as necessary. Upon your approval of the quote and the disbursement of the deposit, we will initiate services.
