Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We clean virtually any fabric window treatment, in any configuration, right where it hangs, including:
Draperies; Sheers; Valances & Cornices; Swags/Cascades.
Specializing in Hunter Douglas Window Fashions:
Luminettes, Silhouettes, Duettes, Pirouettes, Vignettes, Vertiglides, and all other Hunter Douglas products.
We provide on-site repair of most Hunter Douglas products as well.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. *Custom silk draperies were stained by the family puppy
*Entire house with Silhouette shades and custom silk draperies
*Condominium with 9 large Luminette sheer shades, that would cost over $40,000 to replace at current prices

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Expensive window treatments require special care, particularly when cleaning.
Be sure that your drapery cleaner is a Certified Fabricare Specialist - they have gone through specialized training and are required to recertify every two years to maintain the CFS designation!
We have the equipment, education and experience to clean any window treatments, as well as any type of upholstery fabric, right at your location.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. You should never rely on "guess-timates" given over the phone. Your window treatments are an investment in your home and require specialized care by trained professionals.
You should want to meet the people that are going to be in your home and handling your window treatments.
And, a professional should be glad to take the time to thoroughly pre-inspect, and give you a written estimate, at no cost.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. As a CFS (Certified Fabricare Specialist) I am required to attend a two or three day recertification class to maintain the certification.
As a Certified Upholstery and Fabric Specialist, I constantly study the industry to stay abreast of current materials, methods and equipment to provide the finest service.
As a Hunter Douglas Certified Professional Installer, I stay up on the latest product information and innovations in the window treatment industry.
