Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. A great start would be to have an idea of the type of event you are looking for, Buffet, a Sit down dinner, Family style etc. Do you need a Bar or will you be toasting. Will you need linen, table ware or center pieces. We handle all that for you...it is our greatest desire to create with you an event that will not only be memorable but free of tasks. You dream and we will give it life!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. To make great choices in hiring a Caterer you would want to know how long have they been in business. Licenses are nessesay in serving food as well as insurance. Are there pictures of past events that are available. Would a tasting be offered with a couple of options. What is included in my "food" pricing. How many staff members to I need for my event. Do they offer a Bar service. Are there additional fees for table placesettings ? Is there a cake cutting fee ? What happens to any left overs ?

A. We are a full service Catering company that works at a personal level. It is our desire to create an event that both the customer and we the vendor walk away, blown away. We love taking your dreams to another height of greatness, that could mean the decor we offer to accent our beautiful food at no extra cost or offering you suggestion of places to shop that woulfor a d enhanse your decor or giving you pointers of things you yourself can do to keep your budget down.
