I diagnose and repair computers. I have A+ Certification, Networking+ Certification, and Security+ Certification, and am Microsoft Certified XP Professional as well as a (DCSE) Dell Certified Systems Expert.
My pricing does depend on work that needs to be done once the computer issue is diagnosed. Other than that, it is per hour to diagnose and 1-hour minimum, then it is up to the customers whether they would like to continue with further diagnosis.
