Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for experience. Without experience, your provider will take longer to get your specified result. Better to hire someone who has fixed this problem before.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The people who do this for a living thrive on information. You cannot give us enough. The more information you can give us about your problem, the faster, more efficient response you will get from us.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Have you experienced this problem before with someone else ? What are your qualifications ? Where did you work before ?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Until recently, I was the System Administrator for a 185 seat call center, in charge of all PC desktop hardware and software. Before moving to Tampa, I ran Newman Computer Consulting in Bradenton, Fl as a part-time business.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is your pricing? I come to your business/home, fix the problem and charge 50% of the rate charged by the BestBuy/Geek Squad, not including the cost of any software.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I am a Microsoft System Certified Engineer and I am also a Novell Certified Engineer.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have been a computer hobbyist since 1981. My first system was an Osbourne 1 ( No Hard Drive, 4.5 inch screen). I bought one of the first IBM Personal Computers (a model 5150) for sale in1982.

I have had excellent results using this service. While my computer was being repaired, I was told of other time saving options for me to consider. There was no pressure to purchase further services only advice as to what would need to be done.
There was a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and I was told that if I had any further problems to call and he would be more than happy to come back.
I thoroughly recommend Newman Computer Consulting for any of your computer needs.– Keeley
