I do all types of computer repairs and upgrades. No job is too big or too small for me. I am on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Call me first and get the job done right the first time.

I had a 4.0 GPA when I went to ITT-Tech and will be a 7th quarter student when I return. I have been working on computers from the time Intel released its 133 Mhz processor and Windows 95 was still the "it" operating system.

He just got rid of a virus that has been bugging me forever and is working on my lap top as i write this. I have always used him and trust no one else. Fast and skillful. Call him first and foremost and i know you will be in good hands.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Basic repairs such as bad video cards and other bad hardware and virus/spyware/malware removal

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Just talk to them, don't be afraid to ask questions of them and watch what they are doing. Just because one guy is certified don't mean he knows what he is doing, certification can be gained by spending $300 on a class to teach you the test and guarantee you pass it, schooling is the only sure way to know and by 4th quarter you have learned nearly every thing but the accreditation items such as math and reading.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am prompt and customer satisfaction is my number one goal. I will work on the problem as long as it takes and get it done right the very first time. No job to small and no problem too big.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. It challenges me every day and if i am not challenged than i am bored. There is a certain thrill with dealing with the unknown when i get there and a certain warm feeling when i leave knowing the problem is fixed and won't return.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How long will it take? Where did i learn what i know? The answer to the first question is no long at all and if it does you can rest assured i will do what ever it takes to fix it. The answer to the second question is i am self taught for the most part but ITT-Tech gave me a lot of formal knowledge that i did not have before and really brushed me up.
