Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That Face Painting is an Art and should be appreciated and valued because not everyone can to what we do; at the level we can do it; in the time that we have to do it!!!!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My work stands out from all others with my ablity to make every Face as unique and beautiful and amazing as they are! Being a talented artist I will make each and every Face as unque as they are!!!!

Every painting I do will complement every FACE!!!

Making their painting their very own and made that painting just for them!!!!!!!!!!!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I enjoy the most about my job is the time I get to do what I love most !!!!

Thats working with amaizing people who want to make a diffences and provide something that not everyone can do. I can use my creativite to change faces into Dreams!!!!!!!!

I get to do something that not many people can do. I get to work with our youngest to oldest generations and all generations in between. I get to change Faces in to anything. I get to make people smile. I get to turn frowns upside down. I get to talk to people I would have never meet sitting behide a desk. I get to meet people who work in all types of jobs and setting and situations.

To put it simple I get to Change Lives!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I hope they would appreciate that there are many different types of paints out there. I only use the professional paints. Such as Wolfe Brothers face and body paints. I use special glitters that made just for the skin and you can tell because if you rub it in your had its soft like a power and safe for you and your guest.

Face paint takes talent, thought and time to create amazing transformations and beautiful pieces of art work to you, that what I'm offering.

To be respected as a business just like any other. I do business prepositions and contracts and paper work just like any profession. I have a portfolio and press kits and letter heads just like everyone else.

It's more then just paints and brushes that comes out to you it's a whole profession with all the paper work behind it as well.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. At First I wanted to paint masks designs for my mom to help her with her business when she dose event.

Second, I have a degree in Commercial Art, and wanted to use my talent to make a living, and to share my gift with others. I decided to get into face painting when I saw how far face painting has come its not just some silly little design. Now it takes talent to turn faces into works of art and came up with something amazing! That's something I had the talent and wanted to do!

Third I did had the talent and I did my research.Now all i need was experience in the field. That I got at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay with Kaman's Art in 08-09. Many customers would complement me on my work soon after I started. They would ask me to do party. Even other in my field would agree so I knew I was almost ready to do Face painting on my own.

Therefor, Before my daughter was born and realizing how much Day Care would be full time. I wanted to do something for my family so we could spend time together. So in May 2010 Lilly's Faces was founded My own business to do what I love!
