Most of the time we provide the report the same day as the inspection.

A. The number one question that customers ask me is: What does an inspection consist of and what do you inspect?
A Home Inspection consists of a visual inspection of all of the major components of a home. This consists of inspecting the Roof, Electrical System, Plumbing System and Components, Heating & Air Conditioning Systems and Structural Components of the building. We also inspect the grounds for drainage and possable plant damage due to trees and plants not being maintained properly.
Inspections on pools, sprinkler systems and second buildings are available. Ask our representitive about these services if you are in need of these services and they will be glad to assist you.
