I stay current on all the latest colors and trends featured in trade magazines. If a client tells me she saw a certain color she likes, I will probably have it with me!

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Mr. Taylor recently decided to sell his South Tampa townhome and he was motivated to sell. He knew his home was a tired looking bachelor pad (self-described). After a two-hour staging consult, he agreed to paint the powder room, the master bedroom and master bath and he gave me $1,000 to shop. Two weeks later when we staged, he couldn't believe the transformation! Update: One week on the market, one open house and SOLD substantially over asking price! (Some photos are up on Thumbtack but they are mine and not shot professionally with a wide-angle lens. Also, we had to stage before the art piece I ordered to hang over the couch arrived.)
