Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common job is the clogged condensate drain line. In the summer the drain line handles many gallons of water passing thru it and it becomes a breeding place for algae and mold and dirt all combine together to stop it up. causing flooding or unit shut down.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. At Spinelli's Mechanical we take the time to listen to the customers explanation of the problem they are experiencing, then using the many years of knowledge thouroughly trouble shoot the system to give the best possible results to the customer at an a very affordable price.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like being the hero to my customer, and being able to help people in need. I get a great satisfaction when I see the relief on my customers face when I start the unit that was not in operation, and now it is providing cooling or heating.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question is how they get can get the most out of their system, and what type of preventative maintenance they can do to keep operating cost down.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I had a service call from a customer complaining of very loud noise coming from the condenser unit outside, when I arrived I found a snake had gotten into the condenser and wrapped itself around the fan motor for heat, and when the a/c turned on he being constantly hit by the fan blade.
