Hired him based on a price he quoted. He was supposed to show up on Friday but didn’t. I called him later in the day on Friday and he claimed he messaged me about rescheduling (which he didn’t). That wasn’t a problem, he wanted to reschedule for Saturday. He showed up on Saturday, saying that he wants double the price he quoted because he obviously didn’t read the posting for the job. He said 1-5k sqft. Was what he quoted for when I specifically put 5-10k square feet in the description.
