- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $275 an hour but I have a monthly plan that saves $100 for four sessions. That being said, I am willing to talk to you about a rate that will work for you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
DON'T ever choose based on price. No amount, regardless of how little or how much is worth it, if you don't get results. You need to have that connection with the coach immediately.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How difficult it is to be a good coach. How much work you need to do on yourself in order to truly be of service to others.
