Arpad came to my house same day and squeezed me in just to give me advice on what I thought was a major mold issue. This company was a pleasure to work with, super responsive, very knowledgeable and truly Honest. A few other companies quoted me hundreds of dollars to do what he did for free. He did a free inspection and was honest about what my mold problem was instead of charging me a bunch of money to run tests and to tell me it wasn’t a big deal. And he could’ve easily done that if he wanted to! If I ever have any mold issues in the future I know exactly where to go and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for their services!! Thanks so much Arpad!

HONEST BUSINESS RIGHT HERE! Hi Jim, it was confirmed by my technician that this spotting is directly related to the shower humidity within your bathroom. You should be able to take care of it on your own using the following steps: 1. Use a vent during and after showers. If you do not have one, or it is not working properly, a floor fan would work. You want to promote airflow. 2. A common bathroom cleaner, such as Clorox clean-up or a mold killing solution sold at HomeDepot would take care of the current spotting. We do not believe this is a large problem that would require remediation, you should be able to take care of it without the added expense.
