Car accidents are one of the more common types of cases we handle, but many also include serious brain injuries, spinal injuries and many other problems facing anyone hurt in an accident. We also handle motorcycle crashes, bicycle accidents, trucking crashes as well as wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us. We work on a contingency fee basis for most injury and death claims.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are considering hiring a lawyer for a personal injury case, ask the lawyer when is the last time they personally went to trial with a case like yours? Who you hire as a lawyer won't really matter until the insurance company refuses to pay. Then the lawyer you have hired will be one of the most important decisions you will have made. Make sure your attorney is experienced, aggressive and is willing to file suit for you.
