ALL AAP programs (excluding fit camps) come with a custom nutritional plan and guidance, a custom supplementation plan, email and text support, educational shopping trips and loads of motivation!

    AAP was a great experience! I joined AAP to get in shape for my beach wedding. In 4 months they were able to help me change my whole body! I went from 147 pounds to 135! I went from having 24% body fat to 13%! I am 5'8" and was wearing size 10 jeans and now I wear a 4! They not only help you exercise in the gym they teach you about nutrition and diet. Ashley takes you on healthy shopping trips that teach you about the healthy, clean foods you should be eating! She is continuously motivating you through emails, videos, and Facebook messages. Getting in shape is hard work but You will not get bored of your diet or routine with AAP, they make fitness exciting! They have a fantastic new gym and great trainers. They offer Fit Camps so you can exercise with them almost every day, no excuses! If you are looking for a place that really cares about you getting healthy and not just making money call AAP! I was able to completely change my body in 4 months! I am happier and have so much more energy! I finally feel like I have the body that I want and deserve. They helped me feel my best on my wedding day and I am so grateful!

    I have been training at AAP since July 2011, no not that long but long enough to learn that Ashley and Alex are AMAZING! About 3 weeks ago I fell of my eating plan, I started eating bad, I stopped working out I was headed to a very bad place. The one thing that saved me was Ashley, she never gave up on me she kept in contact with me she kept telling me that I was strong and that I could beat this. She never gave up on me and because of her I am back on track eating right and working out again. I actually just left AAP and I feel great. At AAP they are not just wonderful personal trainers they are great people that truly care....they are friends. So if you are looking for personal trainers that truly do CARE about helping you reach your goals then look no further call Ashley and Alex today right now, it WILL be the best phone call you ever made....I promise!!!!!!!

    I started attending AAP Fitness because my workouts were starting to lag. I needed something to break up the monotony, so I went to AAP in search of some personal training. I've been with them for almost 2 months, and I couldn't be happier. I've worked with 3 of their trainers, and they have all been knowledgeable and friendly. They make working out fun, and I always look forward to seeing them. Ashley and Alex are extremely personable. They go out of their ways to make their clients happy. Ashley checks in with me a lot, and has even gone to the grocery store with me to make sure I'm buying the right foods. Ashley and Alex treat their clients like family, and I think that sets them apart from all the global gyms out there. They put the "personal" in personal training.

    My husband and I met Ashley and Alex 5 yrs ago. Ashley, dressed in what looked like a cheerleading outfit, was standing next to a poster of an overweight lady. I walked about 5 ft before it hit me that SHE was the lady on the poster. Unlike photos in fitness magazines, she was the real deal standing right before my eyes. I couldn't sign up fast enough. Ashley and Alex genuinely love people and what they do. And they're so darn good at it. They personally invest in the lives of their clients. AAP Fitness is a winning investment. I love it!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. AAP Fitness stands out better than others in the same field for several reasons...
First- we offer ONE hour sessions for the same rate that many personal trainers offer 30 minute sessions.
Second - we have trainers who have walked the walk. Owner Ashley lost 80 pounds and AAP Manager Shannon lost 65!
Third- we INCLUDE a custom nutrition plan, supplement plan, email and text support and educational shopping trips whereas many other trainers charge a seperate fee for this.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I LOVE seeing people transition from not believing in themselves to BELIEVING in themselves! It is amazing to see a shy introverted person find passion and strength and reach goals! I love every moment of this career!
I feel like AAP Fitness works just as hard with our clients on shining from the inside out. It is very much a mental game and we are well equipped to help our clients through each vital phase of their journey.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How quick will I lose weight?
Im afraid of building muscle (mostly women) will I bulk up?

Your weight loss goals depend primarily on your level of dedication to the ENTIRE program. You must take the time to learn what we teach you and to reach out and be proactive in your journey. We have seen lives DRAMATICALLY change by getting involved and asking questions. Asking questions is how you learn and we are always willing to help answer and guide you.
Ultimately though, there is no quick fix or magic pill. It takes hard work, dedication and a will to succeed. The results are beyond worth it!
I am living proof of this.

Ladies - you do NOT have the hormonal output of a man. Weight training at a medium to heavy resistance range will help promote nice lean muscle that still looks feminine!
The more muscle you have , the more FAT you burn! It truly is amazing! :)

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I think most people know this but for those who do not:
I want people to know how much we truly care. Our lives are spent trying to get others to see just how amazing they are, and how much they are capable of! :)

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. After I lost 80 pounds ( I once weighed 208!!) my whole life changed!
My belief in myself improved, my willingness to live and take risks increased and my overall self image was far from what it used to be.
After reaching my ultimate goal - I felt so empowered I knew I had to help others achieve the very same thing! :)
