Megan creates workout sessions for me that push me to perform at my personal best. I have gained so much knowledge in our sessions about the appropriate way to move the weight and the appropriate way to execute each repetition. I have gotten more out of our sessions than I have for years on my own. I highly recommend if you are looking for results that last!
