Debbie and I wanted to thank you both for your professional installation and customer service during our 55" television wall mount on October 26, 2012. You exemplified a true caring for the customer and our needs. Your patience and understanding of our concerns during a difficult install were unprecedented and we are forever grateful to have you do the work for us. We understood the complexity of the job and you never wavered.
For anyone hoping for the perfect job do yourself a favor and have this company do the work. You can be the judge like we were. The bottom line is A+++. You will be forever grateful when the job is finished. Enough said!

I have been a business owner and I understand what dedication and hard work it takes to CONSISTENTLY provide the customer with outstanding customer service and Innovated Technologies does it. Steve, the owner, will make sure that everything meets your needs and will stand behind his work with service at any day of the week. He has been outstanding in resolving minor system issues including USER ERRORS (me). I can't say enough about his work ethic, product offerings, installations and timeliness. He provide us with a complete home theatre, all TVs and no wire visible and outdoor speakers system for the pool.

True professionals! The 1st plus, Steve showed up on time to do an assessment of the install with no problem. Others want to charge a travel fee. Who does that?!! The 2nd plus was Steve & his team were available on short notice. The 3rd plus, they work after hours which was excellent! The guys showed up at 5pm (on short notice) till completion. These guys do great work. They are very fast, they clean up after themselves, they left what started out as a spider web of A/V wires behind my TV console nice & neat. Would I use them again? 100% Yes! I have two other assignments lined for these guy.

Quick, efficient, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them. We got a MUCH better system and cameras for the same price than we did 2 years ago with Privacy Electronics. Much better service as well.
