- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't call it a complicated pricing system. I call it a honest pricing system. I can give you an approximate pricing range with out seeing the job, but I can not guarantee it. There are many factors that go into pricing, for example: floor level, size of tiles, demolition, square footage, if there is a design, etc. So, I need to see the job to give a final quote so it is fair to both parties.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have installed marble or travertine in both floors and bathrooms. We also do backsplashes, all types of flooring, all types of bathrooms, fireplaces. We install tile pretty much anywhere if can be installed.
