- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies based on the clients particular needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would setup a consultation call typically 10-20 minutes just to get a better understanding of what their vision is for the overall project. This gives them time to ask questions and voice any concerns. If they decide to move forward with us a booking fee is required to lock in the dates requested. Full payment is recouped at the date of the shoot and the final products are guaranteed within a week timeframe (varies on sensitivity of project)
