- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This might be business blasphemy but we only have a single all-inclusive package. We chose this route because 1. It's simple and we like simple. 2. It enables us to provide everything needed to capture your full story at a price that's fair for all parties. We're not here to nickel and dime you, we're here to have fun and do what we love. With that, you have our promise to capture some of your most valuable memories that will far outweigh the investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy as pie. For starters, we talk! You and me. I'll reach out to schedule your initial discovery call. It won't cost you a thing and it gives us a chance to get to know each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to do commercial work for the likes of LA Fitness and the City of Tampa but after 6 years of running that company, my heart simply wasn't it anymore. That's really it. Now I've found what I love to do and the way I love to do it.
