    Julie you're amazing !!!
The pictures are stunning every single one, it 's making it hard to choose which one is the best. If you are getting marry and don't want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for great pictures this is the way to go. They will listen to what you want and establish a great communication.
    Once again 5 starts

    Thanks for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely loved my photographers Julie and George from Tungsten Photography! Julie put up with all of my random questions, worries, and helped me through alot of things as far as worries about the pictures, with motherly reassurance and genuine caring. George is a very fun guy who has such creative ideas when taking the pictures as far as different poses to try and captured so many of the perfect special moments on camera that we did not even know he took until we got our CD. The complimentary DVD of all of the wedding pictures is truly a treasure. We did not know we were getting that right away, and everyone in our family will have a copy. They really make sure they give you what you want, take their time with you, give you a good price, and if they don't think you'll be happy, they won't settle until you are! I love Julie and George. We will be going back to see them every year for family pictures, and maybe more! Thank you both for everything you did for Andrew and I!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better photography team! We live in New Orleans, but planned a destination wedding in near Tampa, FL. After researching many photographers in the area, we hired Julie & George and we're so glad we did.

They used their expertise to capture every special moment in an unobtrusive manner and from various angles (the beauty of having 2 skilled photographers). Their knowledge of the hotel, the beach and seasonal timing (i.e. sunset) allowed us to make informed decisions in the timing of our itinerary, including at which point it was best to take our bride & groom sunset pictures on the beach.

As a couple planning and essentially paying for our own wedding, Tungsten Photography was one of the few companies that fit into our budget. Thier price was more than fair for the length of time (5hrs altogether) and we were able to keep ALL of the pictures...not just choose some. Thank goodness, because they took so many great shots we could never have narrowed it down (the majority of the sunset pictures are so fantastic threy look like postcards!).

If the skill and pricing wasn't enough, they delivered our pictures faster than anyone I know has received wedding photos. Within a couple of weeks, we were able to view them online & pass the link onto our family & friends to view/purchase pictures of themselves. Shortly thereafter, our cds full of pictures were delivered to us in full ownership in order for us to create our wedding albums exactly to our liking.

I have had several friends get married and unfortunately a few have horror stories about the photographers aggressively fussing at them at their own wedding to get them into pictures, being rude to guests or being distracting during intimate moments or not delivering pictures for several months after the wedding. Joshua and I were fortunate to have chosen Tungsten Photography and we never had any of those issues...not even close.

We recommend Julie & George to any couple who wishes to have their wedding memories well documented. We spent so much money on our wedding, we absolutely needed great pictures to relive that day anytime we want.

    Suncerely,
    Joshua & Tara Knowles

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Weddings, Birthdays, surprise engagements, engagement celebrations, engagement sessions, family portraits, family vacations, destination weddings, corporate, private school student photos, pets, maternity, babies

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don't make a hasty choice. Look at several and call and ask them questions. Look at their portfolio to see it has more than just a couple of weddings for experience, does their style fit yours, do their packages fit your budget or are they willing to work out a package just for you? Do they offer a professional contract for services to protect not only themselves but their customers? Last but not least personality, speak to them at least by phone if you do not have the time to meet them in person to see how they understand your needs and vision, you will be spending hours with this vendor on a special day.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our passion for our work shows in those special moments that we capture during an event. We love catching that shot that no one else sees until they view the photo's & get to re-experience the most wonderful times of their lives. A large percentage of our clients come from happy referrals which speaks volumes.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We love being included in a clients happiest events of their lives. For that one day no matter what else is going on in the world we get the honor of capturing moments of absolute happiness, love & romance!
.....love my job!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What package do you suggest? Everyone is different, so we look at just what will fit your needs and ideas.
When is the best time for photos during my beach wedding? I check the sunset times, ask how many guests will attend then suggest a ceremony start time that will give just the right time for those special photo's.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Photo's are the most important thing left after one of the most amazing events in your life. Take the time to enjoy your day and find a photographer that knows exactly what your wishes are & exactly how to capture those moments of a lifetime.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have loved photography since I was given an old camera by my parents.... one of the old box camera's with the big flash and top flips up and you look down into the camera! Well needless to say my camera's and experiences has grown by leaps and bounds. I love photographing everything, people, places & things! I would advise anyone with a passion for their hobby to evolve it into their career. Who wouldn't love to get paid for doing what they love... right! Probably my favorite things to photograph are couples in love, kids and wildlife. Kids & wildlife are always just there doing great things waiting for you to capture it!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Since we are located in Florida near some of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. a lot of our customers are not local. We have customers from many different states and countries as well as many different cultures. We love learning about these different wedding ceremonies as well as meeting so many wonderful people. We still stay in contact with many that make return trips for family photo's on vacations. We recently had a wedding where they were from the midwest and had a small gathering of family on the beach for a lovely intimate ceremony. As we were all leaving the beach we were talking about what they will do the rest of the week. The top of the list was to see an alligator. Sometimes I forget as we see seagulls and alligators every day & we get to share with them what our state has to offer too.

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. What should a client look for when choosing a photographer for their wedding day?

Look at their portfolio. Are they photo's that you like in style? Are the photo's well edited, clear, crisp with correct light and color? Are they all cookie cutter photo's of the same poses for everyone? Check to make sure they have a porfolio of more than one or two weddings that all look the same? You want a photographer that listens to your wants and needs, its your day not theirs and should reflect your passion of the day. Also make sure you both are on the same page as you are going to be spending hours with this person, trusting them with capturing once in a lifetime memories for you.
