Flakey. Wrote my service invoice on the trunk of his car in garage. Charged $60 to fix so I could sign on but said drive was failing...question..why not call me to alert me to issue before the "fix" which did not work. Lacked communication skills to work with non techies....seemed irritated. Told me to pick up computer since he didn't have correct drive...weird. Extremely difficult to reach to coordinate pickup. Finally texted my computer was in a box on his front porch..come and get. He wouldn't be home. A funky,,time consuming. Irritating experience. Cost $60 for nothing. He didn't fix..I still couldn't log on. Funky, funky, funky. Waste of my time. Avoid this frustration.
