- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a free pet consultation with the pet owner and the pet sitter/dog walker. We get a chance to meet their fur baby and after getting to know each other we set up the first scheduled service. Our services are completely customized to our customer's needs whether it's wiping their mouths after they or cleaning their eye boogies...we do it all!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers from different backgrounds and countries. We love the ones that treat their pet as their fur babies and would practically give their lives up for them. Why? Because we would too! Pets are family to most of us and we treat your pets as if they were our own.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent pet project would be a customer that has a ranch located in Wellington, FL. He has all types of animals, from goats to chickens and of course dogs. Their was two elderly dogs, one of them had trouble walking (LEYLA). She had hip problems due to her age, anyways she was a very sweet special girl that required extra love. The owner would describe his daily ritual with Leyla as Milking time. He would literally Milk her dog since she sometimes couldn't pee on her own. Long story short, I am now a master in the art of milking, a dog. Time for us is irrelevant as long as your fur baby is happy!
