- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to provide an accurate estimate, it is usually necessary to see the space that needs to be cleaned. This allows us to assess the level of effort required and any special equipment or supplies that may be needed. Once we have seen the space, we can provide an estimate that takes into account the specific needs of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - CONSULTATION. -On site cleanliness check of present state by professionals. -Enabling baseline for future deep cleaning schedule. 2 - DEEP CLEANING. -Cleaning routine with daily, weekly, monthly and/or yearly maintenance. 3 MAINTENANCE. -Cleaning teams regularly monitored by supervisors -plan modification is possible in accordance with building demands and use
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having three years of experience in Florida, we have had the opportunity to work on diverse cleaning projects such as car dealerships, medical clinics, restaurants, and more. Our team has gained valuable knowledge and skills from each project, allowing us to improve our techniques and provide high-quality service to our clients.
