- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is base price, I can determine the price much better when I see the project, up until then is just rough estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First trying to understand the style of the person , because that is important for the beginning of gathering the ideas of the design. Than another helpful step is to find out how the household rythm is set to understand how to do theproject with as low impact on the family functions as possible. I feel that every of my clients house is a place that should be treated with respect and care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated technical institut in Europe.. I started my business in 1998. Been working on hundreds of projects , and have strong backgroung of clients.
