As an aspiring audio engineer, I needed a computer that was powerful and portable. When I went in to inquire about such a machine I was educated on what parts of a computer are essential for audio engineering to better my decision. Needless to say I am incredibly happy with my purchase. My computer handles massive music projects with no issues.
On top of that I have been to Experimac twice for iPhone repairs (two different phones, two different repairs) and each time the service has been nothing short of professional and satisfactory.
When you think apple products, you think pricey. You'll find that Experimac doesn't believe in charging an arm, a leg, and part of your 401k for their services. Their prices are beyond reasonable.
You won't leave unsatisfied.

Do NOT buy a used laptop from this store or you will be sorry. I was sold a Mac laptop for $1,400 that had problems the day I bought it! We went on vacation and when I took it back weeks later with the same problem it wasn't fixed. They kept trying to blame me. Their tech guy confirmed it was a recalled problem by apple. Thus, they sold me a faulty product! When I tried to exchange it they would not talk to me even nicely. They were rude and unprofessional! The owner Jim Muir does not stand behind his products.
Experimac's reply
Customer came in over a year after purchasing and stated that they had had problems since punched. They never complained about anything and then wanted a complete refund over a year later. If there was an issue it could have been handled within the warranty period.

I've purchased apple products, accessories, and had products fixed at Experimac. Each time, it was a pleasure working with the knowledgable staff. I had an iPhone battery replaced within minutes and it was excellent quality. This place is definitely the place to go with all things Mac related!

Very friendly atmosphere the minute you step in the door. Extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked. Got me up and running in an hour! Will recommend to everyone I know. Great location, easy access from anywhere in Palm Beach.
