T.A.P.E. construction was established in 2003 and is a minority business enterprise.

With over 40 years of combined experience, between Humberto Rivera, Jr. (president owner) and Jonathan S. Cohen (ceo/owner), in the construction industry, T.A.P.E.. construction is a full service contracting office, which is able to facilitate any office, retail or home build out, stadium, church/synagogue, schools, airport and gas stations for our clients with ease.

At T.A.P.E. construction, your project will be taken from the design process, to permitting, and then onto the final stage of c/o.

Acting as a sub-contractor, T.A.P.E. construction also specializes for our clients needs in the following trades:

By offering these above trade services, it makes it more reasonable, and cost efficient for the client, when working with one subcontractor on multiple phases of the project. When T.A.P.E. construction is contracted on a project, all the construction phases are fully supervised during the construction process, giving the client reassurance on well run job performance.

For clients with problems and or issues with defective drywall, T.A.P.E. construction offers chinese drywall and mold remediation, by a certified remidiator.
