- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate no hassle pricing system. We do not charge by the hour unless asked to do so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a simple customer repair authorization form that we complete for you as one of our technicians ask you a few questions and document the problems you've encountered. Once completed we will provide a call back normally same day with a diagnosis for the unit and an affordable and competitive quote for the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are Comptia A+ certified and the higher tier technicians have acquired either MCP/MCSE and/or CCNA certifications.
