He's amazing! My laptop screen LCD was crushed it looked like it was bleeding, Paul ended up fixing more than just my screen for me, he went above and beyond he installed a tool that now automatically gives me free space, which I love because I have a huge amount of photos and videos, my laptop's speed also improved, overall he was very professional and I am extremely happy, and I saved a lot of money!

I have had numerous different computer issues over the years from compatibility issues to a slow, sluggish computer to upgrading my operating system to you name it and Paul has done an outstanding job each and every time! He is reasonably priced and he knows what he's doing. He's like rainman behind the keyboard. I highly recommend his services!

Mr. Murphy does indeed "fix it," as his moniker suggests, and I am VERY pleased with his service. My PS3, the piece of hardware he worked on, would shut down as soon as it turned on due to an internal issue that made it overheat. Basically, it was preserving itself by powering down as soon as it had powered on. Not only did he find a second PS3 within my price range, from which he got the working parts to make mine function like new, he did it quickly and efficiently and ran every step of the process by me. Mr. Murphy is polite, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. It was a pleasure! I wish all tech support experiences were half as pleasant.
