I would NOT order from this place if I were you. This is the most unprofessional and irresponsible business I have ever encountered in my life. I ordered some custom glasses from this place in NOVEMBER. There website failed to mention it was on backorder. I called there 2 weeks later and they guaranteed me it would be delivered by Christmas. I called their a week and a half later on the Friday before Christmas and they said they would ship it on express 2 day to get it to me by Christmas. They generated a tracking number and sent me that notification via e-mail BUT NEVER GAVE THE PACKAGE TO USPS. I believe it was an attempt to get me off their back since they realized they had made a mistake. I called their on Christmas Eve morning and got no answer and never got a response back after i e-mailed them. I did not get my package in time and I am currently STILL waiting. Order at your own risk but don't expect professionalism or a general respect for the customer.

NEVER order from this place. Most irresponsible and horrible seller. Send us the wrong item and did not respond to our email, until we have filed a chargeback claim with AMEX, he then asked us to return the item, but REFUSED to refund the whole amount, he charged us a 25% restocking fee for HIS OWN MISTAKE, also refused to pay for return postage!! WORSE SELLER ever!! I ordered an item which was stated as in stock on his website, and he charged me immediately with international shipping fee. Did not hear from him for a month, then I wrote to asked him regarding the status of the item. He then responded that the items are in back order, and asked me whether I would wait for the item or changed to something else. I specifically stated that I do not want anything else, but this item. 2 months later he then send me a totally different item. I wrote to him immediately upon receiving the item. He did not respond, I wrote to him many times he still did not respond until I wrote to him to inform him that I will file a chargeback with AMEX, and send the items back to him. He then responded by sending me his return address, and stated that he would refund me. However when he has received the item, he did not refund, until I tracked the item and confirmed that he has received it more than a week ago, then he refund me, but charged me a 25% restocking fee and refused to refund the return postage, and never respond to me email again. He is the worse seller! There's absolutely no reason why I should be paying for his own mistake. Why do I need to pay for nothing?

The glasses we ordered were of high quality however 1 of the glasses (which was for the groom) arrived with the wrong font even though the order form was correct. We were told we would have to pay to ship it back to be "fixed". Yeah, thats not happening. I will not spend any more money with him especially since the mistake was on his part. Bottom line is you will get a quality product. It just might not be the one you ordered.

I tried so hard to like this business and the product and service, but Tom made it impossible. I ordered engraved glasses for an anniversary in late July. When they arrived, one was broken, and both were an item of inferior cost and quality than what I paid for. I emailed Tom with a photo of the intact glass, he promised the right product would ship out that same day. I waited. I waited 6 weeks, emailed him again for a refund. Now he wants to remake the products and wants a photo of the broken glass. The dated work is now not timely for a gift, it is an embarrassment. I was conned.

Ordered some custom engraved glasses and needed them on short turn around. Tom's triple verified order details and got them to me on time plus individually packaged and labeled. Wow! When one broke during use, replacement order reached me within three days with no expedited shipping charge. That's customer service and I will certainly use Tom's again.
