- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to start with a standard hourly price, discounted for multiple sessions purchased but more importantly I am pretty flexible when it comes to the customers budget! we are all trying to achieve a goal in this so I think its important to be fair and take into consideration their finances as well :-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I like to meet with them one on one and get to know each other! Go over what their goals are, what they feel their biggest struggles are and come up with a plan of attack so to speak!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My nutrition background is strong! I went to school for a couple years and studied nutrition and dietetics. I'm also a certified NESTA lifestyle and weight management coach! I have been working in hospitals in the food and nutrition department with my main focus being on patients diets- cardiac, diabetics, renal ect...Fitness is my passion! I have also worked in gyms, Lifetime fitness for example. My own personal transformation story helps me relate so well to my work and clients. I feel that going through something so personal and really knowing the emotions that come along with a weight loss journey, or whatever your trying to accomplish helps relate to the client and their journey!
