I love Barnes & Nobel, always reading women's health and men's health related topics. And constant training with variations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
People would always come up to me and say you look good when workout you should consider being a trainer, your a walking billboard. Took it sometime to sink in, but I got it done and wouldn't change for nothing. I love my job!!!!!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Improved: balance, core, flexibility, strength, endurance, muscle definition, coordination, corrective exercise, power, cardiovascular, and nutrition.
