Introduction: Harmony Road Yoga focuses on lengthening and strengthening all the muscles in the body, particularly all the muscles around the spine, through classical sivananda yoga postures.
Other healing practices such as breath work (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques are also offered in each session accordingly.
We can tailor a program for everyone, including children, people with addiction, people with disability, seniors, athletes (golfers, swimmers, runners, cyclists, dancers, football, basketball and soccer players, etc).
